SAFETY TIPS
Dispose of your unused and expired medication in a safe and easy way. Keep them out of our water system and out of the wrong hands!
SAFE STORAGE
Medications need to be stored securely; keep them locked up like you would a weapon or items of value.
SAFE DISPOSAL
Flushing unused or expired medication or putting it down your drain allows for the medicine to get into the water supply.
DON'T SHARE
Don't share your medication. Don't give it away to a friend or family member even if they are in pain. It is illegal and dangerous to give your medicine away.
The majority of people who abuse prescription medication get it from a family member or friend.
