Fire Protection Contractors & Business Owners:
The Indiana Fire Code, section 901.6.2, requires records related to all fire protection system inspections, tests, and maintenance to be maintained on the premise for a minimum of three years, and a copy to be forwarded to the local Fire Code Official upon request. Please accept this notice as Clay Fire’s requirement to submit all fire protection system inspections, tests, and maintenance reports to be submitted via the Brycer the Compliance Engine.

- Commercial Kitchen Hood Suppression System (Testing and Cleaning)
- Standpipe
- Active Smoke Control System
- Fire Pump
- Spray Booth w/Suppression System
- Emergency Generator
- Private Fire Hydrants
- Special Suppression System
- Gas Detection System
- Automatic Closing Fire Assemblies
We will be instituting a new process for service providers who inspect and test fire protection systems. Effective 12/15/2022 all compliant & non-compliant fire protection systems test reports are required to be sent to the Clay Fire Territory electronically by your respective organization via The Compliance Engine’s online system at www.thecomplianceengine.com.
